what are the best maps/loadouts for me to beat these contracts

i 1th played tf2 on 10/20/2020 and bought the jungle inferno pass on 7/4/2021 and my 13y brain picked this contracts right now i'm at 5716 pts i'm trying to do all contracts so what are the best map/loadouts for these contracts

kill while rocket jumping 8/20

dominate as scout 0/4

take 1000 damage in one life while using the brass beast 1/6

get 5 kill with tbe in one life 0/3 and get 3 kills in 5 seconds 1/2

block 500 damage 3/12 and take 1000 damage in one life 0/3

get 5 kills while maaph'd in one life 0/30

get mvp as engineer
