Long-term solution for sleeping mat?

I've been using the following sleeping mat (cot size) in my van for the last 3+ years.

The problem is that I have to buy one about every 3 or 4 months, because it starts to deflate and it's a pain in the ass to try to find the hole and seal it up, so I usually just buy a new one.

What other options do I have? I like this one because I can fold it up and then move my passenger side front seat back so I can drive an extra friend. But I'm tired of having to buy one every couple of months
