Cheese Cake

I did not grow up in the USA. The first time I heard about Golden Girls was on Friends when Monica says “Ross used to watch re-runs of Golden Girls every Saturday.” Had watched some clips here and there, watched the whole series for the first time last year when I was in between jobs.

I am in my 40s, live alone and watching it provides a comfort, makes me feel less alone and give me hope that i will find cheese cake loving humans some time in life. Can’t believe most of them aren’t around!

PS: I know Dorothy is sort of a favorite, but I absolutely love Blanche, she cracks me up every time! Rue Mcclanahan was great!
