Felon

Caught a felony vandalism case (still haven’t went to court, they’re trying to say I had a weapon when the video showed nothing) . Got released from sorp, ended up catching a gun charge. How much time am I looking at? I had no prior convictions or violent history. Talked to a couple lawyers, said I would be looking at probation. Probably offer me a plea to drop them down to misdemeanor. I rather ask individuals who went through/ heard of similar situations. Thank you.
