Switch 2 patch anytime soon?

Been looking for a fun survivor like, bought this with all the DLC.

However, running into two issues:

1 - Even when docked, frame rate feels choppy. Hoping some optimization is coming.

2 - Crashing is frustrating, twice now I have gotten to the boss on Nifleheim Normal, going to unlock some stuff and both times it has crashed maybe 15-20 seconds into the fight. Playing Conan if they matters.

Hoping for a patch soon, seems like a great game but not having a great experience in S2.
