Sophie Walten and Antipsychotics(the pills)

In a recent secret video found on the TWF playlist, the ending shows us Sophie taking a bottle of pills. The pills are called "Neolac" as far as I'm able to tell. The medication doesn't actually exist, so idk what it actually does.

But, when we see her in the new episode, she mentions she can't feel anything regarding Molly and Edd. This leads me to believe that Neolac is some form of antipsychotic or mood stabilizer, but idk. What do you guys think?
