Is there a dedicated place to buy a quality printed head base?

Okay, so I want to buy a deer printed base to wear as more of a mask im going to decorate, but I don't even know where to start. The prices alone are like 130 not on etsy, and it's been hurting my brain trying to find some, i have no issue paying for the quality, time, and creativity but i would like to not get dropshipped low quality garbage. Also bonus question, is it worth it to get like a fully springy movable jaw thingy or just do it myself.
