Feeling a little hesitant about signing the lease

I was reading the reviews again and found one from 2015 that they found asbestos. I know the building is very old so it is likely to have it, but finding it in 2015 is scary when the building was made in the 50's. Sure they say it is ok if not disturbed but I have been hearing about third wave exposure and people getting cancer by it. Third wave means getting exposed by old asbestos that was there decades ago. I was thinking of getting a newer building but I can't afford 2000k for a studio rn. I would have to move to a complete state because where I live, cost of living is high
