Question Concerning Jack

The newest episode has certified the date that Jack went missing as June 11th, the last time Rosemary hears from him or sees him. However, I thought the current understanding was that he went missing on July 14th, the same day as Susan's murder at the hands of Bon (if I'm getting my dates right). If that's true, could it mean that Jack as he knew himself vanished around that date and he took on "Bon" as his persona? It's seeming more and more likely they might be the same person considering how much Bon has taken to making things better, Jack's thoughts on what being a man is, and his obsession with Rosemary in particular
