Starting today

I took a step for change today. I was able to have pt gaming, nustar, and casino plus deactivated. I am ready to move forward. There are regrets and losses but I can't continue with this life. Now, my next goal is to pay off the debt accumulated dahil sa sugal. Slowly but surely. Hope i never relapse haha huhu i will start na mag ipon, practice delayed gratification, spend within means and pay off everything. I also need to rewire my brain kais fucked up na. I also have a scheduled appt with a psychologist regarding my gambling next week. Hope i can get through this.
