Help? How do I get medical images from the CDs

The hospital gave me CDs twice for my medical imaging. But I didn't see the cds Pc, or laptops anymore. Where can I get this data out from the CDs so I can send it to my doctor abroad too.

Ps: I have checked the images with the doctor here but I need a 2nd opinion from the doctor back home.
