Sent Back Unrepaired

I have a rather unique older computer from Lenovo that I love. It was the 2023 model that enabled Windows in e-ink with a "twist" screen function. When this function stopped working earlier this summer I paid Lenovo an enormous fee to repair it since I rely on it heavily and could not find a new or refurbished version of this computer anywhere.

The device was not sent back to me in the timeframe I was given, and I was told earlier this week that they were waiting on replacement parts and I should receive it repaired this week. I got an email yesterday that repairs where completed and shipment was sent. I got it today but it was untouched. The services sheet says "We are pleased to inform you that your Lenovo device has been successfully repaired, tested, and is ready for use," but then in the Repair Actions section it says "ship back unrepaired." The device is unchanged and presents with the same problem as before. I paid well over $1000 to get my device back the same or worse than I shipped it.

WTF, Lenovo?
