Checking out other women

I’m in a happy relationship. But I get myself checking other women out. I got to a point where I even check my wife’s sister, all the time. To be fair, I don’t look at her sexually, she just wears clothes that get the attention and I try to stop looking every time I catch myself doing it.
I also have private accounts to follow some attractive women, I also don’t look at them sexually, I just find their body beautiful. It’s like doomscrolling.
This all fells wrong and it’s taking a tool on my marriage.
I just need tips, I feel like the looking it’s out of my control. But I really want to stop.
