Kraftmaid vs American Woodmark Kitchen Cabinets

Not sure which brand to go with for cabinets. I went to the store asking for American Woodmark cabinets and the rep pushed Kraftmaid (mid-tier line) instead. The quote for Kraftmaid was high, thinking about having them redo the layout with American Woodmark.

Does anyone have experience or done the research on what the difference in quality is!?

Does anyone love their cabinets!? If so which did you choose?
