Update: I finally found my moisturizer after getting clogged pores from EVERY cream I tried
Hey guys! I made this post here a few days ago because I kept getting tiny white bumps on my forehead every single time I tried a new moisturizer. Well… I finally found one that works and my skin has honestly never looked better!
I tried to compare the ingredient lists of all the products I’ve reacted to, but couldn’t identify one specific culprit. So ChatGPT suggested that my skin might just prefers simple formulas with fewer ingredients. For reference, I have sensitive, normal-to-dehydrated skin with mild rosacea on my cheeks.
After spending way too much time lurking on this sub, I came across the brand Zeroid. I decided to give the Zeroid Soothing Cream a try and wow I’m so glad I did!! It has a simple ingredient list, feels lightweight while still being moisturizing, contains great barrier-supporting ingredients, AND it hasn’t clogged my pores at all. Honestly, I’m surprised this brand isn’t mentioned here more often.
My nighttime routine is now :
- Vanicream gentle cleanser
- Anua azelaic acid serum
- iUNIK beta-glucan serum
- Zeroid soothing cream
- Etude ginger sugar overnight lip mask
In the morning, I just rinse my face with water for now since I’m still on the hunt for a sunscreen that agrees with my skin. I have several travel-size SPF samples on the way, so hopefully I’ll find one that doesn’t clog my pores!
