Spot treatment?

Been using tret for 10 months or so. Still figuring it out but definitely noticing an improvement in overall texture. I do still get random pimples here and there and some hormonal breakouts. Wondering if anyone has suggestions for a spot treatment they like to use with tret? Thanks in advance!
