2027 Minimum Wage Increase

California minimum wage is set to increase 8.75% from $16.00/hr to $17.40/hr come January 1st (the highest in the country). Yearly MSA is 5% (if you aren't already capped out) which leaves us short of the minimum wage hike percentage. Add this to COL and Inflation to get a real sense of what SSA and Pay Ranges should be negotiated.

Remember this when it comes time to vote for any MOU.
