kaiser job posting

i have been applying to so many Kaiser positions in the Bay Area as a medical assistant, and nobody isnt getting back at all. the job postings go from job submission to just completed. but i get no call or anything. i have had a few interviews and nobody got back to me but my status for those positions still says review in progress. is there a hiring freeze? i have 1 year experience at kaiser.
