Draining my savings on a used 2010 Toyota Camry Hybrid Tomorrow

This vehicle was listed at $6999 with 97k miles. Clean title, carfax looks good, just passed emissions. No lights on the dash. Test drive seemed good, but inspection wise I don’t know any “car people” that could point out potential flaws or even anyone to pay to inspect it around the area. I am almost positive I want to buy it tomorrow morning, I already put $100 to hold it for me. But I am still hesitant to drop so much on a car that I can’t be positive is 100% in good condition. Advice? Does the reliability of these cars make this worth it? We haven’t discussed a warranty or anything. Reviews are pretty good for the seller also.
