The irony of constantly preaching “status” while acting anything but classy, Miss Chamola

Episode Discussion 🎲

One thing that keeps bothering me is how Chamola constantly talks about “status” and “class,” yet her own behavior doesn’t seem to match the standards she expects from everyone else.
If status and respect matter so much, why publicly insult your ex-husband on a Netflix show instead of handling things with dignity? And if someone like Pam was supposedly your friend, why were there scenes that made it look like you were speaking negatively about her behind her back while being friendly to her face?
To me, real class isn’t about money, labels, or constantly reminding people of your status. It’s about how you treat people, especially when cameras are rolling. The constant lectures about status just come across as hypocritical when your own actions don’t reflect the values you’re preaching.
Curious if anyone else noticed the same contradiction, or if you saw it differently.
P.S - I loved how Shreya called her out on it 🤏
