husbands ex keeps trying to contact him

Salam all, i’m 1 months pregnant and stressed, my husbands ex who he knew before me like 4 years ago keeps trying to get in contact with him, now she’s adding my BILS snapchat. We just had an argument now because he wouldn’t let me message her to stop. He doesn’t want her to win by getting a response. BIL did not add her back. She is blocked everywhere yet she is still actively trying to get through to him 3 years later. We have a 10 months old.

I’m getting really stressed because he told me this happened last month yet decided to tell me now when i’m pregnant and exhausted and just overall today I was sad about something personal.
It affects me more because she is a doctor, she is very smart. She is smarter than me and more successful and that makes me feel insecure.

Sorry i just needed to rant, it’s 5am now and i can’t sleep and my baby will probably wake up for milk soon.
EDIT: i guess im more insecure bc whenever we have a big argument he will bring her up, or say she gave him so much attention etc and cared for him before….
