Merchandise Associate

this might be a dumb question but I recently applied for the Merchandise Associate position at TJ Maxx, and I was basically hired on the spot. I’ve already completed my background check and everything else they asked for. When I logged into the hiring website, it says my offer is still “in progress.”

I emailed the manager to ask about scheduling my orientation, but I haven’t gotten a response yet. What should I do?!?
