What is taking my Metrobank SCC so long?

Applied July 27.

July 29 - They called asking for a minor detail about source of income. (At this point, they said they've expedited it or put it on priority status already.)

August 1 - I called them asking for the status of the application.

I just need an SMS or email but there have been no updates whatsoever. My deposit has still not been tagged. Other timelines I've read here have already gotten approval text at this point. What is taking them so long to approve it?
