F-1 AOS application

Hi guys, I have been married to my US citizen wife for over three years now and I’m finally ready to file for AOS as an F-1 student. I have a few questions that I could use your help with. Firstly, in 2023 I was approved by DoorDash to be a delivery driver and I have done this for the years without any EAD. I also worked a few jobs while getting my degree. Do I need to disclose this information in my application? Also, I’m currently waiting on OPT approval, will this affect my chances of receiving it? My wife and I have taxes filed jointly since we got married and I plan to include that in my application packet. Is there anything I should include as well? Also, based on the work without authorization issue do I need to get a lawyer? Any help will be appreciated.
