Sorrento apartments in Fort worth

Anyone live here? If so are your apartments hot af? Im trying to figure out if im being blown off. I cannot get my apartment below 80 no matter what. I swear it feels like its barely blowing and I feel no cold air. Maintenance just keeps coming out and saying the freons full and there's nothing they can do. Are the ac units just that bad? I know we're in a heatwave right now, but not even being able to get my apartment below 80 even at night seems ridiculous.
