Looks for ideas on Series X lag please, Campaign Evolved

Hello everyone hope you’re enjoying the game! Unfortunately for me and my brother we met up to cruise through the co-op but after many troubleshooting efforts, we had to call it quits 2ish hours later. There was really bad input lag in the game we could not overcome. Here’s the facts:

- Xbox Series X
- I play other games all the time and zero lag
- Lag for both co-op and single player
- TV settings checked, on the correct modes for both TVs
- Confirmed the HDMI port was correct for both TVs
- Deleted the game and reinstalled, same problem continues
- Performance mode on

Any other ideas for help? Thank you for any
