Lightweight harai specialists with classical judo style

Looking to add harai as a surprise technique to an uchi mata/osoto dominant game. Watching inoue clips obviously, but who else executes in that context well?

Who would you suggest to watch to learn footwork patterns and setups? Lightweights are better (73 and under, maybe some 81s) because they just move differently.
