Feeling stressed trying to find the perfect productivity keyboard

I love that there's SO much customisation within the keyboard world - but it makes trying to find the perfect one is so challenging! Having done a TON of research I still can't figure out what to get 🥲. Any advice would be greatly appreciated :)

I'm trying to find one that is:
- 75% or similar (I often use the volume/brightness/arrow keys)

- is good for productivity - long coding sessions...

- works well with my macbook and logitech MX Master 4

- is wireless, and has some sort of lighting so I can work at night

- has a premium build quality, and looks aesthetic

- no budget (work will pay for it)

So far I'm leaning towards the 'Keychron Q1 Ultra 8K' - any idea if that's good?
Backup being the 'NuPhy Halo75 V2'.
But I'd love your recommendations :)
