HCG no longer doubling

HCG levels
7/25 - 62.9 (1:35pm)
7/27 - 116.7 (10:15am)
7/29 - 242.9 (12:30pm)
7/31 - 284 (11:00am)

Have been bleeding off and on since 7/18 but the past two days bleeding has slowed down a lot. Am I out?
