I quit taking semaglutide (1.5mg) months ago....

I quit taking semaglutide some months ago, and started breaking down my brother's 15 mg mounjaro pens and taking those periodically(like every few weeks, a small dose). Its been about a month since I took any weight loss medication. I ordered my old dose from orderlymeds who I used in the past and they prescribed 1.5mg dose. So I took the 1.5 mg dose as the prescription said, have a fucked up? I know for a fact the dose of mounjaro i was taking was like a 3 mg at most so I feel like this is 2 to 3 times stronger than what ive been taking for the last few months. I feel like im going to be sick as fuck
