East Nashville or 12 South?

East Nashville around five point area seems pretty laid back with alot more local “hip” vibe? 12 south honestly gives the rich-people-shop-around-in-boutiques vibes but everyone hypes it up 😭

I have just enough time to visit one of those areas. Which would you rather and why? Would be taking food recs too lol. Thanks.
