I got tired of losing business cards and keeping client notes in Apple like a caveman. So I built this to fix it. Please tear my idea apart
Hey guys,
I have a terrible habit. I go to networking events or meetings, collect a bunch of business cards, and then completely forget to follow up. By the time I remember 3 weeks later, it feels too awkward to send a "hey, remember me?" email.
To make it worse, my "CRM" was just keeping messy, scattered bullet points in Apple Notes. It was a disaster.
I couldn't find a simple tool that just handled the immediate aftermath of meeting someone, so I spent the last few weeks building a web app to solve my own headache.
Here is what it actually does:
Business Card Scanner: You snap a photo of a card, and it uses AI vision to instantly save the contact (no manual typing).
Context Timeline: It keeps a simple timeline of when you met them and your rough notes about the conversation.
The "Non-Robot" AI Follow Up: This is the part I’m most nervous about. You tell it the tone you want, and it generates a follow-up draft based on your actual notes, and then drops it straight into WhatsApp.
I’m currently testing the waters to see if anyone else actually has this problem, or if it's just me.
I set up a quick interactive demo on my waitlist site where you can actually play with the AI simulator without signing up for anything.

I would massively appreciate some brutal, honest feedback.
Is this actually useful?
Does the AI sound too generic/robotic in the demo?
What would make this an absolute "must-have" for your workflow?
Don't hold back. Thanks in advance!
