15 and pregnant with twins

Hi everyone, as the title says I 15F just found out I’m pregnant with identical twins. I’m about 14 weeks along and really scared. I never planned to get pregnant before I was like 28 but I guess everything will work out how it should. I know that one baby is hard but what should I expect with two? Does birth with twins always have to be a cesarean? I would hate to have a scar on my belly. If you’ve had twins please let me know what to expect and buy, I don’t want to buy too much if I don’t need to because I want to move out one day but who knows how much twins will set me back. Any advice and tips are appreciated!
