Creamiest / best soft oil pastels on a budget?

I’ve been looking into soft oil pastels since my current oil pastels (Pentel) are too hard for my taste. I want something suuuper buttery and soft. I can’t afford Sennelier. I’m considering the Meeden soft oil
pastels since they were recommended by an artist on Youtube that I enjoy watching. But I’m looking for more recommendations - all are appreciated. Thanks!
