Boracare help? It’s not drying

Hi, not advertising for a brand, but questions about one. I got a house a few months ago and it’s been a fun adventure with one problem after another after another. Right now, I’m dealing with wood destroying fungus and mold under a chunk of my kitchen and small pantry in the crawlspace. I got some guys coming to replace the stuff in the kitchen, but because we didn’t catch the pantry until after, that wasn’t included.

I wanted to get on top of things and start spraying everything down with bora care and then BoraCare with mold care, but I sprayed the bora care about 2 days ago at a 1:1 ratio and it’s still not drying. It’s humid in my crawlspace but I’ve fixed the leak and I’m starting to panic that I’ve just fed the mold and fungus, even if the water was only half of the mixture. I’m putting in the dehumidifier tomorrow but please tell me I haven’t messed up and ruined the wood. I put it on pretty thick because I heard you need to soak it but I’m not sure if I should have done that one
