Totally Disappointing

Spent more than ₹3,00,000 on an IHM degree, worked hard through internships, practicals, exams, and countless hours of training—only to be offered ₹14,000–₹16,000 per month as a fresher.

It's heartbreaking to see years of dedication valued so little. We were taught professionalism, hospitality, and excellence, yet many fresh graduates struggle to earn enough to cover basic living expenses.

This isn't about expecting a luxury salary on day one—it's about receiving fair pay that reflects the time, money, and effort invested in becoming a hospitality professional.

The hospitality industry deserves passionate people, but passion alone shouldn't come at the cost of financial survival.

Education should open doors to opportunity, not to disappointment.
