My bf buys a lot of Riftbound cards/box/boosters and idk if I should be concerned ?

I think he has at least 1500 cards ? I might be wrong.

I think he has almost all the extensions ? He bought Unleashed box twice ?

Everyday week he buys one or two boosters in average ? Sometimes 4. And it’s 6/7€ per boosters. He has many cards at least x5. One time he bought 11 boosters in a day ? He’s searching for the cards everywhere really often.

I’m not familiar with TCG.

When is it a gambling addiction ? When does it become concerning ?

I personally can’t understand this passion… sorry. He sometimes plays with but it’s really rarely. I feel like he’s just collecting them.

I already asked him “isn’t it a bit too much ?” And he said “this is my passion”. He’s still a student but has a job. Idk I feel like he’s not spending his money right.

I know I can’t control how he spends his money. But if it’s actually an addiction I need to do something.
