Does Myo inositol and D-chrio work?

My boyfriend bought me a 6 month supply of Myo Inositol and D-chrio. I was just asking if it’s actually worked for anyone? I’m 19 years old, idk if It helps that I’m younger but if it’s worked for anyone, how long did it take for your menstrual cycle to regulate? I haven’t had mine for 11 months. I’ve also started dieting (cutting out bad carbs and sugars and eating 1500 cals a day)
