I fantasize about other men and feel horrible

In The Bedroom

My husband is a wonderful man and I don’t have anything bad to say about him but I am scared I’ll cheat on him if I don’t figure out how to find him sexually attractive again.

I was 185lbs 2yrs ago when we got married, since then, I have lost a lot of weight and I’m now 5’7 and 120lbs. I have also gotten a breast augmentation and for the first time in my life, I feel like the compliments I receive from people are actually genuine. My husband helped me through my fitness issues, hired a trainer, nutritionist when I developed a minor eating disorder, and paid for my plastic surgery. I truly owe him more than I can write in a reddit post.

As the changes in my body happened and I started finding more confidence, I realized I wanted him to make changes too so we could lead a healthy lifestyle together. My husband told me he doesn’t really want to go to the gym and just wants to relax and do his job, and that he’s always had a bit of a beer belly so what’s the big deal— the issue is I no longer find him attractive at all. I have a hard time having sex with him, kissing him, and being intimate in any capacity. He’s not huge (6’1 215) but could definitely lose 30-40lbs.

Now I find myself thinking about random men to get myself in the mood: men I see at the gym, someone I saw at the grocery store, at the course, and so on and so forth. I’m feeling like I’m cheating on him mentally snd struggling with this :(

Can anyone relate? Am I doomed? How can I fix my situation? Weight loss comes with a higher libido and I’m disgusted that mine is leading me down this weird pervy mental state.
