Prime video on Google TV

I am a Amazon Prime video member. I use the Thomson Streaming Box Plus 270M for Google TV. The video I was trying to watch on the Thomson box was 12 Monkeys 2025 TV series which plays normally on Amazon Fire tv cube. Note that both environments are using a VPN set to the United Kingdom, using the same NordVPN app. On the Thomson box I need to pay to watch but on my Firestick tv cube I do not. I am logged in to both devices with the same username and password and as far as I can discover, everything is identical except on Google TV I have to pay but not on firestick TV. Any suggestions as to how I can fix this?
