occasionally smelling an indescribable smell?

from 2020 and on i have been occasionally smelling the same, specific, very indescribable smell, almost like a sweet smell?

i smell it at random times and it could be a few seconds or a few months before i smell it again, but once it comes back it’s usually back for a few days or weeks.

it is 100% the same smell and i don’t dislike it, in fact i like it and its kinda nice, but it sometimes makes my nose bridge hurt really bad (though i don’t know if that’s all the time or just not because of allergies…)

could this be phantosmia? no one else except me ever smells it and i haven’t been able to attribute it to my clothing or any places. it’s making me go INSANE please help😭
