SignalTrim and the "less but better" problem

The hardest part of SignalTrim is not reducing text. That is easy.

The hard part is knowing what must remain.

Good compact output keeps:

- decision points

- risk

- evidence

- exact names

- exact commands

- next action

Everything else has to earn its place.

That is the philosophy I want the repo to keep.
