Assignment Bug with Non-Empty, Archived Accounts

Hello all, there is a potential bug where Archived accounts that still have a balance will contribute to your assignable money. Archived accounts are meant to be closed, and I really should rename them to closed accounts in the future to make this more apparent.

I've changed the Archive flow to automatically detect and adjust accounts that have a balance, but there are existing Archived accounts with money that I didn't want to adjust automatically. Instead I've added a warning badge to the account nav, if you see this please take a look. You can fix this by zeroing out the account, or restoring and re-archiving to do it automatically.

If you actually have money in those accounts you may want to consider restoring them, again archiving should only be used for closed accounts that you no longer use but want to maintain all historical data. Sorry for the inconvenience!
