Commonwealth supported places for postgraduate health courses

Hi! I was wondering if anyone knows if CSP places are given out once the offers become unconditional? I have received 2 postgraduate offers today, both are full fee domestic and conditional. Also, I understand that unconditional offers are kind of a first come first served basis upon finishing your bachelors degree, does anyone know how many early offers they give out vs how many spots there are?
