How to get to the via ferrata in Zhangjiajie?

Hello!

My friends and I are going to Zhangjiajie this October, and we're thinking about doing the via ferrata.

Appreciate help on these questions please:

1. Do you need any previous climbing experience or special training to complete it?

2. Is it easier to get there from Zhangjiajie City or from Wulingyuan?

3. Is there a combo ticket for both the Grand Canyon and the via ferrata, so we could do everything in one day?
