Want a creative Video editor for my Instagram page.

Want a creative video editor for my fitness and finance related Instagram pages. Should be ambitious and timely in work completion. I cannot pay a lot right now, as I am not earning anything from the Pages and will be paying out of my pocket. But as the page grows, I will make sure that my editor gets a piece of it. The non negotiable are ownership and commitment. Can work however they feel, from wherever they want to, just have to meet the deadlines.
My budget right now is 10k INR. But this can change as according to the skills and dedication and the performance of my pages.
