Help on the R1/R2 keys

Hello, I installed pcsxx2 yesterday on my rog xbox ally x on Windows and I have a frustrating problem (on pes 6 for example, the R1 key of my rog works once in two really random, but the R1 key is not defective on other platforms, it works perfectly well) so | tried to change the sprint function on the game for the R2 key and the worst yet because no response from the R2 button [ I really need help because it was essential for me to emulate the ps2 thank you
