Accenture hiring process is depressing

the hiring process in Accenture India has been really depressing for me since the last month. I have appeared for 2 positions, firstly for the Custom Software Engineer lead I cleared both the rounds and never got a call from the HR. I accepted that I was rejected and trying to move on.

Secondly I was cotacted for Custom Software Engineer position, for the final round of interview and I did really well, technically and all the other questions too and I was expecting a call from the HR but I never did, it’s been a week today.

The crazy part is they call me and ask me if I am looking for job change and after the interviews the HR disappears, stopped responding to calls and emails too.

Every day I keep on checking my emails, wait for a call to receive but never did. This is so frustrating, funny and what not.
