Getting desperate

Any amount would help. Please help me afford a down payment on a mobile home. Recently retired veteran and a family of 5 with the youngest being 3. I am begging for help to afford the down payment somewhere warm my kids can lay their heads at night. VA isn't any help because of the a mobile home in a mobile park isn't considered real property, and real property is way too expensive for us to afford. Currently living on a military base, but the rent they're asking for is well above my retired pay.
