Did anybody get their Form 8 filled and approved on the Election Commission of India website during this SIR period?

I wanted to fill the SIR enumeration forms for me and my parents online because we're not in Pune these days, so I created an account on the ECI website. Once I located all our necessary details, I discovered that my name and my father's name in the electoral roll didn't exactly match the names on our Aadhaar cards, so I filled the Form 8 for both of us to get it updated.

Unfortunately the form has been stuck in the same status for close to two weeks. I called the ECI helpline, and they said that the form will get processed only in October. I spoke to our BLO and she says I will need to visit in person and get the process completed. She said that even the correction process will need to be done physically, which is impossible for me or my father right now.

Has anybody here encountered this issue? How did you solve it? Is there anywhere I can escalate for a quicker resolution?
